5Hitachi Nicad 12 volt batteries  Nov 11, 2009
So far the batteries have a charge and worked great. Can't beat the free shipping.

3Not the same battery  Sep 19, 2008
This battery fits and works with my Hitachi drill but is not the same size as the original. The only problem I have is the drill will not fit in the carring case. After seeing other reviews I call Amazon to fine out if it was the original replacement battery. They did not know and told me that I could return it if I was not satisfied. Bottom Line this battery will keep your Hatachi drill working and is cheaper than buying a new drill. These replacement battteries are hard to find so if you like your old Hitachi drill which are made better than new ones, this battery will work.
